“We hired PMM to work with one of our hotels in 2018. In 2019, we turned over our Facebook and Instagram to PMM for four more properties. Jackie and Barbe do a great job managing our presence with an ideal balance of local and enterprise content. They actively seek feedback, share analytics, and follow up with relevant information. They are trusted partners and valuable members of our team. Their work has captured the attention of our brand teams and is frequently shared/borrowed by other properties within our brands.”
