Go FIND Outdoors in Kentucky

Client visits are always fun. But when your client is FIND Outdoors, there's always a little extra adventure in store.

At the beginning of the month, Kylie and Lauren joined in the grand re-opening festivities of the Gladie Visitor Center in Kentucky's Red River Gorge.

After being shuttered for over 2 years, the Gladie Visitor Center had a lot of work to do to get back on folks' radars not only for a successful event but also for a successful season.

As the marketing team for the entire FIND Outdoors organization, Paris Mountain Marketing strategized a multi-channel marketing strategy, including...

  • Social media content 5x per week for the 4 months leading up to the reopening event

  • Facebook ads

  • Geofencing and site, search, and audience retargeting to drive traffic to the website

  • Coordinating PR and local media

  • Project management before and during the event

  • Professional photography and videography

  • Live event social media

As a result, Gladie Visitor Center saw over 800 event attendees, 700 new Facebook likes, and over $2500 in retail sales on their first weekend open.

Good thing Smokey the Bear was present because the reopening was LIT.

(Can we still say "lit"?)

Wix stands with Ukraine

Our preferred website builder Wix has been showing up in some big ways since the war in Ukraine started. Just one of many tech companies with employees based in Ukraine, Wix has moved about 1000 employees to safety and continues to share ways people around the world can help.

Instagram is poppin' (product) tags

This month Instagram rolled out product tags for all accounts in the US. Meaning you'll be seeing a lot more...buying your feed.

How do you feel about this change?
