Scoundrel had established branding, a social media presence, and a bare-bones website. However, as a new restaurant in Greenville, they needed to broaden awareness in the greater Greenville area and had a vision of reaching a national audience.

PMM expanded the bare-bones website to build out brand messaging, write additional content, and expand the menus. Previously the menus were uploaded images, so we built out full menu pages with live text for SEO and accessibility. We also used their beautiful photography to set the mood for what guests can expect when they make a reservation at Scoundrel.

We also secured advertising on downtown pedicabs and a two-page spread in Talk Magazine.

Finally, PMM submitted a James Beard Award nomination for Chef Joe Cash which resulted in his becoming a semifinalist in 2024.
